What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date you selected, a message is sent to the recipient informing him or her of your gift, with a hyperlink to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a webpage that displays the eGift Card you selected, along with your recipient’s name and your personalized message. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.
When does my recipient receive their eGift Card?
Your gift card will be sent to the recipient via email on the delivery date you choose at the time of purchase. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase. For future delivery, gift cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date you choose.
When does the eGift Card expire?
There is no expiration date on your eGift Card
How can my recipient redeem their gift card?
When selecting their gift, your recipient can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
