Say hello to one of our favorite customers, the Museum of Us located in San Diego, CA. The Museum of Us came to Tayst in 2019 in an effort to reduce their carbon footprint and reduce their plastic output. Since joining they have diverted over 3,000 plastic k-cups from landfills.
The Museum’s mission is “inspiring human connections by exploring the human experience” with a vision “to be San Diego’s dynamic place to go to learn from each other, reflect on our place in the world, and build a better community.” They are a proud member of the Balboa Park Cultural Partnership, a collaboration of 26 arts, science, and cultural institutions in San Diego’s Balboa Park.
Formerly known as the San Diego Museum of Man, the building was constructed for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition, which commemorated the opening of the Panama Canal and transformed San Diego into the major city it is today. Notable for its iconic Tower, the California Building has welcomed visitors to Balboa Park for over 100 years and has become a San Diego landmark.
